How to apply 


Applying online is the best way to apply; it speeds up your application and allows you to monitor and track its progress.

To use the online application, you should follow these steps:

Register a new account through the  MITD User Portal.

When you have registered, you will receive an acknowledgement email containing a link. Click on the link to activate your account.

Log in to your account using your email address and password.

Start your application: select the service(s) you require; upload scans of your qualifications; fill in your contact details.

To speed up your application and minimise delays – ensureyou send us all the documents we need. 

Use our document check flowcharts  – document checker for Statement of Comparability or document checker for English Language Assessment. 

Or - here is a list of what we need:

  • your contact details and a statement of the purpose of your enquiry (this is included in the online application form)
  • a photocopy or scan of your certificate(s) together with final transcript(s)
  • a photocopy or scan of a certified translation to English of your documents, if translation is necessary
  • payment for the service
  • do not send us a self-addressed envelope; postage options are provided within the check-out process.
